With over 20 years of leadership experience, including senior roles with Caterpillar dealerships, Neal brings a disciplined, practical approach to financial strategy. In 2012, he earned his investment licenses and transitioned into financial services, later founding Next Generation Financial Group to provide independent, objective financial planning tailored to each client’s full financial picture.
